At McCaffrey Crafts Ltd, we pride ourselves on artisanal quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted garment isn't a perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned craftwork, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
